“Is it always going to be like this? Am I always going to struggle?”
The weight struggle is frustrating and demoralizing. Often by the time a client comes to me for help they feel like a failure in this part of their life and maybe even a little insane. That’s right insane.
“Rita I know what I should be doing but why can I not do it consistently enough to lose the weight? There must be something wrong with my mind!”
They are also usually exhausted and fed up with flip flopping between the critical and inner voice that wants to put them on restrictive diets in order to control them and the rebellious inner voice that wants to disconnect and over eat food.
Often people confide in me that they are afraid that they are afraid that fear that this struggle with themselves is going to continue the rest of their lives.
I understand completely having struggled myself for such a long time.
That is why I am excited to announce that beginning Wednesday this week I will be sending you a complimentary “Intro to the Shift” Video Training Series designed to Shift you out of the STRUGGLE and to move you towards SUCCESS.
-This series will be great for people who:
- Have never participated in the Shift Weight Mastery Process and want to find out more and get Shifting
-Have done the Shift 30 Day Weight Mastery Process but need to re boot and get focused
-Are not yet a part of Shift or even on this list but who might benefit by your forwarding the trainings to them.**
**(Many people tell me they want to suggest the Shift Weight Mastery Process to family and friends but are not sure how to explain the process or are worried they might offend them by making them think they think they are fat—this series is cool enough to forward on and just say “this video series is a cool way of explaining why it’s hard to get healthy even though we know we should—check it out”).
I am so excited to be sharing this training with you and look forward to your ideas and comments on the pages. The series is complementary —just training I want to share as my mission is to broaden the reach the Shift currently has and to help as many people as we can take back their power form old useless beliefs and behaviors and to create a powerful relationship with food and exercise, their bodies and mostly themselves—you included!
