Did you know that more than 40% of what you think you do (and think you have a choice in) is actually programmed habit?  That is a lot of automatic thoughts that lead to a lot of automatic actions going on.   There really is no there, there a good part of our day!!!

No wonder we keep doing what we do despite our not wanting to do it some of the time.  Forget, “Who moved my cheese?”—“Who ate my cheese?—Oh wait I did, and I didn’t even remember..” is more like it!!!
