Shift Weekly: "Spring" into action with recipes and inspiration!

What people are saying about the Shift Weight Mastery Process…

Sophia B. of Simi Valley has released 30 lbs. since the January 2013 Shift Process

"The hypnosis gave me the tools to create healthy new habits resulting in an amazingly easy weight release."

Barbara R. of Burbank says…

“I had put on some weight over the past year and was feeling really frustrated and un-motivated to do a "diet." I really wanted to try something different that wasn't extreme but still yielded results. Even though I didn't have much to lose, I couldn't seem to shed those 12-15 lbs that I had gained. I started in late January with Rita Black's Shift Weight Mastery Process and I have lost 11 lbs. without feeling like I have to "be on a diet" or secretly waiting to be able to "go back to normal once I've lost the weight." I think what's good about her program is that she really gets into the psychology behind why we sometimes turn to food for comfort or why we may have a tendency to overeat. She is such a wealth of knowledge and really breaks it down for you. I did the 6 week shift weight mastery and really feel that the results were worth it!”

April 27th is the next Shift Weight Mastery Process from 9-5 at the Crown Plaza LAX.
The next Shift process will probably not be until September.

“Spring” into action with recipes and inspiration!
With May quickly approaching and April leaving us in the dust-- many people are wanting to refocus their weight release for the coming summer.  I am posting last week’s Shift Spring Teleseminar with Hungry Girl Expert Lynn Bettencourt.

Lynn and I discussed 4 Steps to TURBO CHARGE Your Weight Release this Spring.

Many people find that they get bored with what they are
eating and wind up eating more. This information packed
tele-seminar is full of wonderful ideas for re-vamping your
cupboards with foods that will inspire your taste buds and
slim your waist as well as other strategies for keeping
yourself motivated.  Below are recipes that Lynn mentioned
and forwarded me the links from the Hungry Girl site—as well
as a recipe for breakfast “coffee cake” that a few of you
requested.

Recipes Galore
Many who were on the call wanted the recipe for the morning

breakfast “coffee cake” which is a super easy way to infuse

your oatmeal with some protein.  This idea was given to me

by a client a few years back.  It has a coffee cake like texture

and is a yummy way of getting quality protein and carbs.

You can add nuts or blueberries--experiment with the recipe it is very flexible.

MORNING COFFEE CAKE

1 serving oatmeal that is already cooked—(1/2c. dry)
Mix in ¼ cup pasteurized egg whites
¼ teaspoon cinnamon and sweetener of your choice
Put in bowl and cook in microwave 1.5-2 minutes until
Firm (you microwave may vary so you will have to
Test how long for yourself)

About 190 calories
Enjoy!

DESSERTS GALORE UNDER 200 CALORIES!!!
Also Lynn was telling us about the latest Hungry Girl Cookbook that is all about desserts under 200 calories—check it out here:
