The Healthy Eating and Weight Management Book and Workbook by Dorene Robinson (Rita's favorite)This book is a favorite of trainers, dieticians and health clubs. It is the best book out there as far as I am concerned as to how to put together a healthy approach to weight release. Dorene has a great writing style and uses a lot of similar principles as I do. A very great information packed read with a workbook to put it all together.
