Welcome to this new month--I hope you are looking forward to a wonderful summer.
  
Are you more stressed than usual this month?

to eat to comfort ourselves. Of course we then feel
bad, get stressed out, and then feel compelled
to eat even more. This binge, repent, repeat cycle
feels chaotic and painful
