When it comes to losing weight there is often
something that gets avoided but we really need to have more of in order
to have long term-success.Yes that’s right we have to be more of a
particular “C” word that I am thinking of. Can you guess what that word is?
“Commitment” (if you were thinking the other
“C” word—you might be on to something there too but that is another blog all together!)a number of pre-programmed impulses
driven more from reaction, feeling and emotion:
-I feel fat!
-OMG I can’t fit into my fat jeans, I have to
lose weight.
-I weight what! That doctor’s scale can’t be
right.
-OMG my reunion is 2 months from now and look
at me—they can’t see me like this!
Why did I eat all those desserts, that’s it
no sugar for a week!
