Shift Monthly: 3 Words that Kill Consistent Weight Success

Happy Monday Shifters, (free holiday gift below)
Please, avoid getting killed this coming holiday weekend. I see these tragic Fat Thinking accidents again and again and it is heart breaking as well as avoidable.
 
DON'T LET THIS BE YOU!
AVOID THIS COMMON TRAGEDY: You are eating healthfully, your exercise is in a groove, you are feeling good and releasing weight.  You see Memorial Day Weekend coming and you think, "Hey, I am being good--I can handle the weekend--you feel a little cocky, you don't prepare you head into the weekend thinking I've got this Memorial Day thing nailed!"
 
Friday night comes, the first night of the weekend and maybe you eat too much at a celebration, or you eat some rich dessert, or have one drinky-poo too many and now you do not feel good--you feel bad!" 
 
Along with these unpleasant feelings of non-perfection a little voice wells up inside of you and deals the fatal blow on your healthy streak, "I blew it". You say to yourself, both with anger and with shame.
 
That's right 3 little words but they lead to big, fatal consequences I. BLEW. IT.
 
These three words are then followed by a whole pile-up of other words that crash in right behind leading to a more grisly scene. These words are "since I blew it, I might as well screw it and take the weekend off and chew it!" Meaning Memorial Day now becomes a no holds barred free for all where you consume way more than you normally would and end up feeling even worse and mad at yourself.
 
AVOID THIS TRAGEDY, WILL YOU?
 
Think responsibly this weekend. Avoid being part of the holiday weekend weight tragedy stories that run rampant this time of year--Shift from Fat Thinking to Thin Thinking and have a fabulous weekend enjoying yourself but also staying true to your healthy lifestyle.
